Our product portfolio ranges from single, dual and quad
thermopile sensors to small, medium and large
thermopile infrared array sensors. Our
thermopile modules combine a thermopile sensor or thermopile array with integrated signal processing and analog
or digital signal output.

pyroelectric sensors ,
infrared light sources and
Pirani vacuum sensors.
Thermopile sensors operate by generating a small thermoelectric voltage proportional to the detected radiation. They can be
used to determine surface temperatures or to measure the concentration of certain gases, like CO2, CO, N2O, hydrocarbons
or anesthetics, according to the principles of Beer's law and non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) spectroscopy.
Heimann offers a wide range
of thermopile sensor package options including SMD and TO housings
with a single
thermopile detector
or multichannel sensors. Additionally, there are lens options for smaller target spot size (field of view) and higher precision non-contact temperature measurements.
To complete our product range, we are cooperating with leading companies to provide a wide spectrum of infrared technology
as needed by our customers. Additionally, our advanced MEMS technology allows us to produce miniature Pirani type vacuum sensors with extremely large measurement range.
